This structural column sits right at the entrance of a busy retail space, so it had to look perfect. We wrapped it in new drywall, taped and mudded the corners with metal corner bead for crisp, straight edges, and sanded it smooth. Then we added tall baseboard around the bottom and finished it with fresh paint. Now it’s a clean, sharp feature that customers see the moment they walk in.
