Storm Drain Patch Repair
The asphalt around this parking lot storm drain had sunk and broken apart, leaving a trip hazard and a spot where water kept collecting. We coned and taped off the area so the lot could stay open, cut out the failed asphalt in a clean square around the drain and rebuilt it with fresh hot mix. The patch was compacted level with the drain and the surrounding lot, then the edges were sealed so the repair holds up to traffic and weather.
